Positive: Great location. Incredible sunsets on marsh. Close to the beach, very short walk. All was wonderful. Very clean. Beds were small but so was "Little Blue" - great for a couple and small kids.

Positive: The location was wonderful. The view was fantastic. The cottage had everything that you could possibly need. It was clean. I felt like I must be related to the owners. The decorations were "just my style" right down to the framed print of "Footprints in the Sand".

Negative: The small bedroom looked much bigger than in the pictures. My 16 year old grandson slept in that room and we had to have him pull up his feet in order to open the door. Their was no storage space. Overall, the cottage was extremely small, but the location made up for it. What I did not like was the fact that you could not get in until exactly 4 o'clock...in a hotel, you would at least have a place to sit in the lobby if you arrived early. What I liked even less was the fact that I got a text telling me that I had the opportunity to pay for a late check out. We did not need it, and I would not have taken it anyway. For the price we paid, that seemed a bit chintzy.

Summary: Wonderful location and fantastic weather made up for any shortcomings.

Negative: The bathroom was way to small Didnt have a real shower and needed to be gutted The bedroom with bunk beds too clostophobic

Positive: If you're looking for a small cottage on a quiet street, this is it. It was a perfect little cottage with beautiful sun rise views, within walking distance to the beach.

Negative: We had a couple little issues, one was a missing bedroom door knob to the main bedroom. It wasn't a real big issue, we just didn't close the door completely. One quick call and they let maintenance know. We did find a bad leak under the house from the kitchen faucet, let them know and they sent someone right out. My only real complaint was no outdoor grill, but we assumed since we were staying in October that the grill was put away for the season.
