Positive: Superb location and views. Generally well equipped and well suited for families.

Negative: Some maintenance issues, not consistent with luxury prospectus e.g. leak and mould in bathroom, broken kitchen cabinet, finishes showing their age. Range cooker not really feasible option for Summer and electric hob and oven low end and tricky to use - experienced cooks in our party really struggled to produce decent meals.

Summary: Really great location offering lots for families but now in need of some maintenance and refresh.

Positive: Hot tub a favourite garden seats set in a perfect place but weather against us.

Negative: You must be hard to please if you had one . I felt that the cleaners could do better. There was some sweet papers and crisp packets behind beds.

Positive: Loved the house, family group of 17 for a 70th birthday celebration. Plenty of room for all, very comfortable, games room, hot tub and sauna well used, well equipped kitchen. Love the area with plenty of choice of things to do, or just sit out and enjoy the views.

Negative: Liked everything about it.

Positive: Couldn’t have asked for more from The Eagle’s Nest, it was totally perfect. Everyone couldn’t stop commenting on how fabulous it was all weekend. It had a fantastic space indoors and even better space outdoors so we really were sorted for all weather conditions. Unlike a lot of holiday lets, the house was really well equipped, particularly in the kitchen.

Negative: There was nothing that we didn’t like, but a couple of things we found during our stay was 1) the kitchen was super well equipped and had lots of pots, but could have done with a frying pan 2)the bbq hut was fabulous, and would be AMAZING in the colder months, but we didn’t really want to go and sit in there when the weather was so nice, so we ended up just cooking our planned bbq food in the kitchen and then eating outside which was absolutely grand

Negative: Very little to criticise. The smaller back bedroom on the pool table side radiator didn’t warm up despite troubleshooting. Room wasn’t cold due to all the bathroom rad and the very wonderful fire in the pool room.

Positive: The house was absolutely ideal for our large family. It had everything we needed. The facilities were good and the outside space was tremendous. The grandchildren had an amazing time, outside from morning until evening. The BBQ and firepit were a hit with the adults. Close to Grantown on Spey and Aviemore which was ideal for visiting and when we ran out of shopping 🛍️🛒. Would definitely recommend it for large groups. Bedrooms were great and fresh towels, robes and slippers were very welcome 🤗 We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub also. 5 star ⭐ accommodation 🤗
