Summary: Nice house in an ideal location to enjoy the local area. We stayed for a week and the location was great for a some exellent walking, cycling and relaxing. The house is well equipped, warm, comfortable and clean, it has the added bonuis of a lockable outhouse which was good for storing bikes. Grantown is just along the road with a good range of shops, cafes and other facilities. Aviemore slighly further afield for a larger shops and amenties. Overall a throughouly enjoyable stay and communication with Charlie was excellent.

Summary: Very spacious and well equipped house in a perfect location to explore the Cairngorms. Our host Charlie was attentive and checked in with us during our stay. Many thanks to him for offering a last- minute booking with 24 hours' notice. We very much enjoyed our stay.
