Positive: Lots of space, towels and extra blankets available. A bbq grill available to use. Full size washer and dryer available for use.

Negative: All emails said check in was at 1:00, at about 1:00 I received a text saying it wasn’t until 3:00. So we went to have lunch and did a little shopping. When we got to the house at 5:00, we were met by the cleaning lady who said it wasn’t ready. That our reservation wasn’t until the next day. It was freezing out and I had 6 kids who needed to be out of the weather. The owners arrived and helped get it clean. We didn’t get in and settled until after 7:00. Then when we went to prepare dinner the dishes and silverware were all dirty. They were covered in an oily substance. The cleaning lady took a basket of towels home and said she would return them by ringing the door bell and leave them on the porch. Instead she rang the bell and when answered, came in and walked through the house, put the towels away, and looked in each room. Unknown what she was looking for, but it seemed really weird! Also the pictures on the ad made the house seem like it was secluded, but it’s in a neighborhood and the lookout and playground were no where to be found. And since you aren’t given the address until it’s actually booked you can’t look on google maps to see it’s in a neighborhood. The biggest bummer was the wood burning fireplace was locked. It would have been nice to come in from the weather and warm up by the fire.
