Positive: The location, being private and secluded, in amongst the trees and overlooking the duck pond. It was only a five minute walk to everything, but lovely and quiet. The property was super, with excellent equipment and a great coffee machine. The outdoor seating area was lovely too.

Negative: Nothing at all.

Positive: Tracey meeting us on arrival and having a chat with her.The Duckhouse was tastefully furnished and fantastic hidden location with great outside seating area... the outside lights lining the drive and at the duckhouse as we walked home in the evening made it extra special,thanks !!x

Negative: Loved everything,not essential but a microwave would be usefull
