Located on Main Street in downtown Lake Geneva, this former bland office building has undergone a ground up restoration that will sleep 20 with 9 bedrooms (one in the Sunroom) and 7-1/2 bathrooms. Architecturally edgy, contemporary and laugh-out-loud design throughout. Great shared gathering spaces will make the most of your time with friends and family. The interior showcases a mix of industrial design, comfortable furnishings and flea market finds. The large open concept dining area has 16 ft. of dining space, making it easy for a large group to mingle and entertain. The spacious, fully stocked kitchen has 2 refrigerators to accommodate your groceries easily. Sit in comfort on 3 deep leather sofas around the 65 inch HD Flat screen smart TV. Each bedroom has a signature style of it's own, offering the highest level of comfort and privacy. Top of the line mattresses, pillows and luxurious linens throughout. When you are ready to escape the group, each bedroom has a large HD flat screen TV. Six of the nine bedrooms feature ensuite bathrooms (the remaining three bedrooms share a bath). Each bathrooms features a rain shower head and one of a kind furnishings. Hair dryers, shampoo and body wash are provided in each.
Enjoy the great outdoors on the two large decks overlooking a wetland preserve and park or party in the private courtyard.

Summary: I booked this property for a bachelorette party and everyone had a great time! It is in the perfect location for being able to walk to everything, which was perfect for a large group! The kitchen/living room space was perfect for all the girls to hang out together and play games. Parking is very limited, but there is a free lot nearby that we were able to utilize as well.

Summary: Great location for "opportunity fun"; however, the one location challenge was the close proximity to the bar next door. Although the noise level was loud, they had great food! Parking availability at the site was limited, but a close free parking lot answered that need. We didn't really use the outside decks and patio due to the cold weather, but it's pretty awesome. Appreciated the communication with our contact for the property.

Summary: This property is always well maintained and the property manager available. We have rented here numerous times because the space offers ensuites to most bedrooms. It is great for entertaining. The large outdoor space is nice for a cookout and it has a nice view and lots of seating. Location is Ideal if you want to go into town as you can walk to everything. We had seven couples and it never felt crowded. Its a great getaway.

Summary: Property was perfect for what we had (8 guys getting together to play golf and catch up). Clean, perfect layout, awesome outdoor and indoor gathering space. Only downside was noise from the bar next door at times.
