Positive: Friendly hosts, room clean and comfortable.

Negative: Due to not reading the extended information, I thought the room was en suite. Although I had use of private bathroom this was along a landing where 2 teenage boys had bedrooms. For me this was uncomfortable using bathroom late at night and in the night as I felt I needed to get dressed. No where to work within room.

Positive: Location was excellent just 5 mins drive to town. Family home so was very quiet at night, perfect for getting a great night sleep. Super comfy bed. The room though quiet msmall had everything needed for our stay. Private bathroom must across the hall excellent shower and all very well put together. Superb breakfast Whats not to like about this spot in dorking

Positive: This was effectively a B&B in a house on an urban estate. I was pleasantly surprised by both the standard of the accomodation and the friendliness of the staff. The facilities comprised a small double bedroom and a separate bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and tea and coffee plus a TV and a hair drier were provided in the room. The bath/shower room was very well presented. Cereals and toast was offered for breakfast.

Negative: My only comment is that my car didn't fit into the provided parking space (it's a normal estate car) so I had to park on the road. I encountered no issues though
