Summary: We loved this house! It was light, airy, modern but located away from bustle of Franklin. We loved the back deck overlooking the fareway and sat out in the evening. There were such nice touches and well stocked. Easy check in and prompt communication with owner. There was a great hiking trail within 3 miles, Bartram trail.Highly recommend and hope to come back some day!

Summary: We rented the property for a family member who came to visit. It was perfect and very well furnished with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We also enjoyed just sitting out on the porch watching the golfers. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit Franklin.

Summary: If it were possible to Leave a 10 Star Rating this would be it. We had an awesome stay. This lovely Cottage had everything we need and more. So glad we didn't stay in the Highlands. Our stay was perfect in every way. The Owners went out of their way to add little details like a Manual that had information about local restaurants, shopping and more...Even discounts to local attractions. If you are planning a trip to The Highlands...Stay here and make the 18mile drive. You will not regret it. This rental is a 5 minute drive to Grocery stores so you can stock up and use the Grille as well as all the out amenities provided. We only live 2.5 hours away and this will be on our weekend getaway list for years to come. If you are a golfer you will love it!!
