Summary: I really enjoyed my stay. Room was clean and as advertised, and breakfast was much better than expected (delicious home-cooked buffet with lots of options). Overall, very good value for the money.

Summary: Our stay here was very relaxing. The home is very old and that gives it such personality. Loved the old furniture, pictures, decorations, etc. Our host made an amazing breakfast with homemade strawberry jam and whipped cream. Would stay here again next time we go to Franklin!

Summary: The host and staff were awesome. Really nice sized bed and breakfast in the heart of Franklin. Only stayed for a night in the Baron room but it was so inviting and enjoyable. The breakfast spread was awesome and we really appreciated The host. Just had a great stay and hope to stay for a longer period of time next visit. Highly recommended!
