Positive: Ryan was an incredible host, under difficult circumstances due to a sinkhole in the parking lot, causing most of the facility to be closed.

Negative: Pub and dining facility was closed.

Positive: Bit of a mixed bag which isn't really the fault of the hotel. There is a sinkhole in the car park which has shut the restaurant to the public, but the hotel remains open. Because of this situation the hotel is managed on a part time basis by Ryan who give him his due performed admirably. Our room was lovely and I will stay again but we felt we missed out due to the sinkhole situation, which obviously is of no fault of the hotels.
