Positive: This slice of heaven is a true beauty. What an experience it was staying in this exquisite building. We really were transported back to the medieval times. I felt like I was immersed in so much history. I would recommend taking time to just sit in the great Hall (with the fire on) and take it all in, listen to some Celtic music and get a real feel for what this place has to offer. Just so unique it really cant be put into words. The beds and linen were luxurious and the grounds were stunning. This place had everything we needed and Rache and Andre were so friendly and welcoming.

Negative: the river rocks are a bit harsh on the feet, definitely recommend wearing thongs or river shoes.

Summary: We are feeling very grateful for this experience, a truely unique and marvellous property.
