Summary: Found The Delegate by accident on Hotels.com. Best accident ever. Everything about it was gorgeous. The detail was spot on as they tried to keep the original warehouse vibe, with a modern hotel twist.

Summary: The Delegate is a beautiful hotel and is in a nice area. It’s close enough for us to walk downtown which was a huge bonus. The only major issue is that the walls are very thin so we had to keep the TV in our room so low that we could barely hear it or else others would complain. Additionally, if people were walking down the hallway, you could hear pretty much every word they said even if they weren’t being loud. With that being said, I’d definitely stay here again if we ever return to the area. They did a wonderful job renovating the hotel, it was very clean, and the staff was nice and helpful.

Summary: The hotel has a really cool vibe and the beds were great. The only negatives were the walls could have been insulated better (could hear everyone’s doors opening and closing) and there was no comfy chair in the room to sit in

Summary: Nice Hotel, Parking is "first come first served" otherwise you walk to a public parking with your luggage, no parking attendant, No phone in room, (they want you to use your cellphone. No ice or microwave in room. Nice clean room, sometimes loud train horn (0330am)!!!!!!! Good location friendly staff and great restaurant. $$$

Summary: This is a newly renovated hotel in a building from the 1880’s - super cool look and vibe. Had a restaurant within - Cypress and Oak - which was super convenient and excellent food too!
