Summary: Historical hotel in a great location, right in the middle of historical Leadville. Parking was not an issue. It is a comfortable hotel with very interesting & historical aspects to it. If visiting I would stay there again, even though it is not a modern hotel. The staff is great. Hopefully renovations will continue to its previous grandeur.

Summary: My husband and I stayed at the Delaware Hotel during Leadville Boom Days. The location is great and the hotel is very nice. The rooms are smaller but they are well kept and comfortable. Would certainly stay here again.

Summary: Beautiful old hotel. Very comfortable. A little warm, with no AC. Otherwise, clean and comfortable. Front desk staff was very nice and helpful.

Summary: The hotel has good bones and attention to amenities like quality of bedsheets, bath products is a great start. Staff is friendly and helpful. But… For the per night rate we paid, having no elevator and no F & B all day services are really hard to accept as guests. While we’re wiling to pay extra for staying in a historic hotel, it’s equally important to be able to relax at the end of a long drive. I know the situation is temporary but perhaps a ‘while under renovation’ discounted rate would have made it easier to accept. Another element to be taken into account is the high elevation making it harder for guests to go up & down the steep stairs, with or without luggage (at least for us older folks!)
