Summary: Nice tiny house. Had everything we needed. Great communication. Helpful and friendly and made us feel welcome. Great location. The main street is literally up the block and everything is walkable including restaurants, the opera house, stores etc. Lots to explore nearby also. Will definitely come back again. Dedicated parking right outside the house. Perfect and easy to organize if you want to head up to Leadville and even just stay a night or two rather then driving back home. Perfect for a quick getaway.

Summary: Unit was nice, actually had 2beds plus a pull out ottoman so could sleep 6. But definitely wouldn’t want six adults in the unit due to the lack of living space. Didn’t try the loft (we’re both 60+ so climbing a ladder in the middle of the night didn’t seem like a good idea. Bathroom was functional, shower was nice. Lower bed area could use some more shelving given the increase use of CPAPs. Also, should have wall lamps instead of overhead can lighting. Overall a good place to stay for a night or two.

Summary: We stayed in Oscar and found it was older and not as well maintained as the other homes we’ve stayed in at the park. Also not super clean…dog hair on couches and dusty along windows. Good enough for one night but probably won’t stay again. Had trouble getting into unit but quick response from owner helped solve our door issue. Very tight parking spot as well—would not have been able to fit with a truck. Check first if you have a bigger vehicle.

Summary: Arrived at 2pm, 1 hour before 3pm check in. Although my Tiny House was ‘ready’ for arrival, as confirmed with on-site staff (my house right near RV office), I was told a had to pay an early check in fee of $40. Ridiculous, as no additional effort needed to be made by property for me to check in at 2pm. Management refused to budge, although I notified them that my alternative is staying out in the heat/sun near my vehicle for an hour. Upon checking in, there were a variety of maintenance vehicles around my house and the entrance ALL weekend. This made parking particularly tight, as well as poor aesthetics to the property overall. Of course when check out time came at 10am Sunday, staff arrived right at 10am (maybe a few mins early). With all the overhead costs these management companies (this one in FL I think) save with all the ‘virtual’ processes and customer service, you’d think they would accommodate a 2pm check in when everything was ready and the fact I was staying Thursday to Sunday for almost $700 total. Zero customer service…

Summary: This was my third stay in the Leadville Tiny Houses.. I love them and look forward to staying again next time I’m in town. I love the convenience and privacy of having my own little place while in town, they’re very cozy, and in a great location literally just a few feet from Main St.

Summary: A unique experience, it’s nice to have something different than a standard chain hotel room. Each tiny house is unique in its own way, each has a name and a number. Emailed/Texted instructions were clear, easy to understand and use. Low key place that was clean and well managed. Added some fun to our work trip.

Summary: A fantastic place! Check in and entry were by timed code and couldn’t have been easier. The house itself was, well, “tiny”, but didn’t feel cramped or confining at all. Full kitchen with stove, big fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, pots and pans, dishes, silverware, etc. beds were in lofts and quite comfortable and with windows to let in fresh air (one note, the beds in Maverick are not handicap accessible or for people who have difficulty climbing— one is reached via steps with no rail and the other via a ladder. No issue for us but others might have problems). The place was immaculate. We were warned in the book about how tiny houses have smaller water heaters, but the two of us noticed no issue with lack of warm water for showers at all. There’s a picnic table outside which got lots of use in the sun and you park right in front of the house. Couldn’t have asked for a better location. Three minutes brings you to the start of the Main Street where everything we is, We walked to lunch, dinner, bakery for baked goods to go and to ice cream. Would absolutely stay here again and would be the first place I’d look to if we return to Leadville at some point (which we hope to do)

Summary: We had four women staying. We only had one washrag and 4 towels. We were also short on sheets and blankets. It should have been cleaner for the cost.

Summary: The staff were excellent and went out of their way to help. The location was fabulous. The house itself was perfect for me and my daughter. I highly recommend this place will plan to return in the future.
