Summary: A fantastic place! Check in and entry were by timed code and couldn’t have been easier. The house itself was, well, “tiny”, but didn’t feel cramped or confining at all. Full kitchen with stove, big fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, pots and pans, dishes, silverware, etc. beds were in lofts and quite comfortable and with windows to let in fresh air (one note, the beds in Maverick are not handicap accessible or for people who have difficulty climbing— one is reached via steps with no rail and the other via a ladder. No issue for us but others might have problems). The place was immaculate. We were warned in the book about how tiny houses have smaller water heaters, but the two of us noticed no issue with lack of warm water for showers at all. There’s a picnic table outside which got lots of use in the sun and you park right in front of the house. Couldn’t have asked for a better location. Three minutes brings you to the start of the Main Street where everything we is, We walked to lunch, dinner, bakery for baked goods to go and to ice cream. Would absolutely stay here again and would be the first place I’d look to if we return to Leadville at some point (which we hope to do)

Summary: We had four women staying. We only had one washrag and 4 towels. We were also short on sheets and blankets. It should have been cleaner for the cost.

Summary: The staff were excellent and went out of their way to help. The location was fabulous. The house itself was perfect for me and my daughter. I highly recommend this place will plan to return in the future.

Summary: I love this tiny house! Have stayed here 2 or 3 times and it’s well maintained, comfortable and convenient for exploring Leadville and all it has to offer. The staff is great and always checks in.

Summary: Cute and affordable for the area. Walking distance from Main Street with shops and restaurants. Bed on the main floor was not comfortable.

Summary: I can check this off my list of things to do however the loft setup for the bed wasn’t great on my wife and I a little old for that

Summary: Very convenient to downtown. Right next to a bar so it can be noisy at night if you have little ones. Bring your own towels, blankets and pillows. Not enough of any and the towels had a sour smell.
