Negative: Breakfast was too heavily vegetarian based for us. Not in the same league as other 5 star hotels by comparison.

Positive: Staff were very friendly and helpful and the location was ideal for exploring the city on foot. Anu gave an excellent foot massage at the spa. Good view from our balcony.

Negative: Very expensive for what is essentially a slightly shabby 3 star hotel by uk standards. We had a corner suite but the bathroom was tiny in comparison - the shower door could not be opened fully without hitting the toilet. Air con didn't seem to work properly in the living room area of the suite. Breakfast choice was a bit limited, especially as they advertise themselves as a 5 star hotel.
