Positive: Beautiful area, great building, comfortable room and balcony. Cafe downstairs serves great coffee and food. The staff are friendly and welcoming. We felt very cared for during our visit. I would definitely stay there again.

Negative: If two more pillows could be provided for the bed, that would be great. And for h to is who like a from bed- this is a good, firm bed. In the hot months, it will be hot because it’s on the upper floor. The AC is Vg. Other than that- it was all super.

Positive: We had a wonderful stay at Ederra. The cheerful staff welcomed our little kids with open arms and all our requests were attended to immediately. The room was charming, very clean, quite large and with great attention to detail. We loved the café, particularly because the staff was so lovely. Absolute recommendation for a stay in Panjim!

Positive: Great location in the centre of Fontainhas. Smiley girls in the cafe.

Negative: It is an Airbnb- basically a room above a cafe, nothing particularly special. No manager in charge- just cafe staff to let you in. The balcony can’t be used due to rat droppings and a leaky a/c machine. Expensive for what it is.

Positive: The staff at the cafe are extremely kind, helpful and always cheerful. the room was lovely. Old style, with high raked timber ceilings, a small balcony, a decent bathroom, and a modern AC unit. Everything was spotlessly clean. The cafe is great, with excellent coffee and good food. The location is right in the heart of the oldest and most interesting area of Panaji.

Positive: The amazing manager Mary made me feel like home. Very friendly and professional staff. To enter a B&B and find the reception is a Café is a very special und beautiful experience.....and also a very good cappuccino they Server. Highly recommendable!

Negative: Poor electrical infrastructure— shorting failing repeatedly— old equipment bad wiring - so no aircon half the time . Staff tried to help and brought fans but … not good. Sundays cafe so crowded and noisy.
