Positive: Spacious unit. Great views. Lovely amenities. Great location.

Negative: I would like ceiling fans in the lounge room and bedroom. Air-conditioning is fine but gives me sinus. And is noisy.

Positive: We really liked the location — it was only a 3-minute walk to the beach. The outdoor pool was excellent and we spent a lot of time there. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially in assisting us with organising the tennis court and pool table

Negative: Housekeeping was quite limited, and we needed to do some tasks ourselves such as washing dishes and emptying the rubbish. The overall cleaning of the unit could also be improved, as we noticed a significant amount of dust around the air-conditioning vent.

Positive: Excellent location. Management team were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Minor maintenance issues resolved once reported. Apartment itself is very tired, but we knew that when we booked. Would recommend and hope to re-visit.

Negative: Keep on top of maintenance. A vending machine for snacks in reception area would be a great addition. Additional charges for late check out by the hour (although we didn't use this facility).

Summary: Great Location, Lovely Staff.
