Positive: It’s beautifully decorated throughout. It’s quirky and interesting. With lovely attention to detail, for example all the games in the bar.

Negative: Nothing. The rooms are over a number of floors so recommend you request a room on a lower floor if stairs are a problem for you.

Negative: Tele too small- but that’s about my eyesight probably! Can see why it’s a small one given wall space.

Positive: Breakfast was really good quality but was an extra cost. The room and whole of the hotel was excellent and very well decorated. Ideal location for the Hoe, Sutton harbour etc , as both within easy walking distance.

Negative: Couldn’t see anything on the website about breakfast and had to ask about it on arrival.

Positive: The craft house was excellent from start to finish , there was a warm welcome, beautiful decor , amazing comfy bed and a breakfast that was out of this world, using the best local ingredients. we will definitely go back and recommend to friends and family
