Positive: The place is value for money. I visited with my parents for a day. The stay was beyond comfortable. Very beautiful, very spacious and very well maintained. If you want to stay for a quick commute to railway station or to boudh gaya then it's definitely worth it. Swiggy and blink it are there.

Negative: Locating the place was a bit difficult due to ongoing construction. I would have loved it if there had been good restaurants or food places nearby.

Positive: We had a wonderful stay at Cozy Petals! The flat is impeccably maintained and fully equipped with every amenity you could possibly need. We felt very lucky to have secured such a great find. Our host, Ashwan, was exceptional - extremely helpful and ensured everything was perfectly arranged for our arrival. The location is a highlight as well: very peaceful, quiet, and surrounded by lush greenery. Highly recommended!

Positive: The flat was very beautifully appointed. Very tastefully decorated. There are some beautiful potted plants too. We got a pair of beautiful Dahlias in full bloom. My sister-in-law was so happy that she even watered the plants. The earlier complaints from other guests about only one geyser and no handrail for the stairs are all gone. There are new handrails. And both bathrooms now have a geyser. The new one was set to 51 degrees and I had climb on a chair to change it to 75 to get some real hot water. But that's just a small niggle. Again the shower heads were both jammed. So they were pretty useless. Had to take a bucket bath. But that's again a small niggle. Both rooms had room heaters and if you left it running for about 3 hours, it was heating up the room enough for comfort. The outside temperature was about 11 or 12 degrees. The kitchen was well stocked with equipments, crockery and cutlery. I wish there was a microwave too. But we managed with the induction heater and the stainless steel bowls that they had. The owner even agreed to extend the stay by another 12 hours for a 66% extra charge. Normally the hotels would charge you for a full day. Overall a great place to stay and true value for money, if you are fine with ignoring the little niggles.

Negative: I wish the approach road could have been better. But the owners have little control over it. For future guests, don't get scared by the look of the approach road and the houses surrounding the property. That's just a reverse of a "Windows Demo", if you know this term from the 90s. :-) You may feel "Where the hell have we come to? Are we at the right place?". But don't worry, just enter the massive steel gate at the entrance and your experience starts to improve with every few steps.

Positive: Spacious, well decorated ,furnished rooms. Toilets neat and clean with hand wash bottle, shampoo ,body wash. Sunlight in early morning. Spacious balcony. All amenities provided including locker for entry key. Wifi supported. Kitchen with filtered water ,utensils,oven,kettle , plates etc. It's home away from home. Assistance required is minimal.

Negative: Approach is little rough, earthen topped with small stones 60m away from main road. However autorickshaws are easily available and can enter well inside the complex without any difficulty. The property is little away from central Gaya but not too far. In one way, this makes it attractive .The property perhaps has few private longtime occupants/tenants. These needs to be separated , if possible. Providing washing machine also will enhance value and attractiveness.

Summary: Never thought such facilities could be found in Gaya.
