Summary: The kitchen was updated and nice; however, the pots and pans were terrible-completely scratched up and not useable. We had to purchase a pan to cook. The patio area had not been cleaned or swept and was not useable. There were no complimentary soap bars or shampoo in any of the bathrooms. We ended up purchasing a dustpan and mop and cleaned the floors ourselves. The bath mat in the downstairs bathroom was gross-filthy. It was a cheap door mat. We never found the remote control for the tv in the lounge and the tv in one upstairs bedroom did not work. I don’t know if the property manager is aware of the state of the property.
