Summary: This place is awesome for a parent or family visit to WVU!!! Close! Location Location! That’s not really why tho! The hosts are amazing!!!!! The property was amazingly clean when we got there, the communicated to every need and was flexible and understanding. You honestly can’t hope for better. Bedrooms and bathroom is upstairs, but they are roomy as well as downstairs. New paint, newer carpet, new appliances! Great View at night and in the morning. Parking area was fine for us. Just come prepared to know how an Xfinity tv system works…I didn’t and it drove me nuts. Thank you both for the stay!!! If you can rent this little cute cottage on the hill!

Summary: I really enjoyed my stay at the Cozy Woodburn home! There were so many little touches that made me feel right at home from the coffee and creamer to the luxurious towels and all the hygienic products I might have forgotten, and also the spices and ability to cook with all the kitchen necessities available for use! I liked the quiet neighborhood and the view of the city at night. The backyard swing was so relaxing in the mornings and late afternoons. It was nice to have a bbq to use as well though I did not. All of the dishes and platters and bowls were nice to have for the times I had my family there for a meal. The house was roomy and well appointed. Decor was warm and inviting. Everything super clean. Loved it and will come back!

Summary: Every aspect of this stay was pleasant. The house was very clean and comfortable. The coffee was amazing. The fresh fruit was a pleasant surprise. The bathroom even had toiletries in case you forgot something. Better service than any hotel or other rental properties I've stayed in. Was able to contact Nate via text messages about any and every question I had. Replies were almost instant. I will gladly stay at any of his rentals in the future.
