Positive: The cabin is decorated beautifully and very updated. You can see deer come down the back of the cabin around 7am, but only if you’re in the master bedroom. It’s close to town.

Negative: The back deck is only accessible through the master and there are steps going out & up to get to it. The screen is broken, so I wasn’t able to keep it open. It’s very close to the road, so a lot of noise if the windows are open.

Summary: I loved being in flagstaff and enjoyed the beautiful weather and the deer.

Positive: Situated halfway between Lowell Observatory and Snowbowl, it made for a perfect getaway and basecamp for my family. I loved the high quality Astronomical pictures of various deep sky objects in the rooms, and the snug sitting room in the master was a favorite reclining spot. Multiple lights, many on dimmers, gave the space the perfect ambiance for movie nights.

Negative: The thermostat worked well, but the temp changes throughout the house could use some work. The bedrooms were toasty while the main room froze. The bathroom, while perfectly useable, is very small and not ADA compliant.

Positive: The property was great and easy to access NAU as we moved in our daughter for her freshman year. It was an easy location to access all Flagstaff has to offer.

Negative: Quiet secluded and away from the hustle and bustle of Flagstaff. Perfect for our family of five.
