Positive: It was the perfect place to stay in Flagstaff for my daughter’s hunt nearby. It was sparkling clean, spacious, cozy, the beds were SO comfortable, fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms including shampoo/conditioner & body wash. The private neighborhood was so cute, perfectly picturesque for Fall! 😍 The wildlife viewing was great!!

Negative: I liked seeing the big bucks running around. Also I haven't slept that good in as while.

Positive: We enjoyed the quiet location. The amenities were just what we needed. It was a nice, comfortable, relaxing environment. The central air was wonderful. We didn't have to adjust from our personal comfort levels.

Negative: The stairs. We understand they are part of the home. We are just not used to stairs. Unfortunately, there were some slow drains.
