Positive: My stay was comfortable and communication was exceptional. More than likely to stay again
Negative: I was unable to use the outside amenities but for good reason as they were clearly updating the outside furniture in the back yard. Overall I would definitely stay again.
Summary: Looking forward to staying again when I return to Birmingham.

Positive: The house had been renovated and hosts were easy to deal with. Communication was good.
Negative: There was no toaster on premises so we had to buy one. Maybe hosts should check inventory prior to next guests arrival. No instructions on how to turn on ice maker. Only decaf coffee pods. The backyard was uneven and lacked enough furniture for 4 so we couldn't sit out there. Area was a little sketchy but that street seemed ok, other properties were fairly tidy.
