Positive: We booked the Cozy Chalet following a late notice cancellation of another property, and I am please to say it has been a joy to stay for 5 nights. The chalet is well equipped, and when the host was contacted about the lack of kitchen knives and a corkscrew, they were delivered to us within 10 minutes. Amazing service. It was nice to be able to sit out on the deck in the sun and enjoy an early evening drink. If we are this way again, I will be looking to see if the Cozy Chalet is available for our stay.

Positive: Spacious home located in a lovely and quiet neighborhood, just minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway and Biltmore. Kitchen was well equipped to prepare simple meals. Laundry facilities were a bonus. Game room was fun!

Negative: The kitchen is lacking a knife set. Also, we were confused by the provision of K-cups as there was no Keurig - the coffee maker appeared to be new, so perhaps it replaced a Keurig.

Positive: Location was beautiful, loved that they had the games. Very spacious and well organized. Would recommend getting some carving knife’s to add to the silverware that was otherwise well stocked.

Negative: This is just my opinion. This is not a dislike. We had three vehicles and parking was a bit challenging. Maybe increase driveway or let people know it is alright to park on grass.

Summary: Wonderful place, would stay again and recommend to anyone with big groups!
