Positive: on the positive side, was that every room had its own toilet and bathroom. the toilets were spacious and clean. kitchen had all what is needed, and clean. it has iron and ironing board. And hair dryer. it`s a nice quiet place, and a pleasent environment.

Negative: On the downside, it was really akward and not practical at all to have the vanity mirror located in the sitting area. So if you wanted a mirror to sit down and have your make up and staff you would have to get out of your room. That was quite dissapointing. The other thing, was that all the upstair floor is uneven, and doesnt feel vey stable when you walk on. Especialy in the room with the double bed, the couple there had difficulty sleeping in, as the bed had a decline from one side, because of the floor not being levelled. That was bad. The floor upstairs needs fixing, and needs to be levelled. Couch in the sitting area not very clean.

Negative: Could have been a lot cleaner. Floors were filthy under the beds. Very dusty all over cottage. Cobwebs.

Positive: We loved the cottage we were attending a wedding near by and it was so well equipped for getting wedding ready. Hooks everywhere for hanging suit bags. Make up & hair area for the ladies to get ready. It was just perfect for our needs.

Negative: Tiny thing but gate was stiff to open and close plus we had to ring for the pin entrance code

Positive: Great location, near to where we needed to be. Very comfortable and well equipped. Plenty of parking. All you could possible need was in the kitchen, had a very homely feel. Very clean throughout. Rang before hand to ask about recommendations for Taxi and they were very helpful in providing a couple of firms. Happi Cabs were brilliant and easy to deal with.

Negative: Only thing it was missing and I do mean the only thing was a Tin opener. Front spot lights not working. Garden lighting stayed on all night.

Positive: The cottage was very clean, good quality bedding/towels & kitchen equipment. Six adults staying plenty of room in lounge area for all. Kitchen small but well equipped . Well worth a stay. Definitely need a car. Very warm cottage, hearing great and lots of hot water. Would definitely stay again.

Negative: No general tv available only Netflix and ITV hub. Worth investing in having general tv channels. Tiny ice-box freezer at top of fridge so don’t arrive with lots of frozen food. Downstairs shower water was very slow to drain away.

Summary: Clean, cozy cottage worth a visit!
