Positive: I liked the outdoor hottub, Food and the room was lovely.
Negative: Service was really slow when we arrived , staff apologised but then charged us £7 service charge for making a cocktail then apologised for bad service. No fridge in four poster suite . Strange smell in room.

Positive: Superb location, beautiful hotel. Excellent food, especially breakfast. High quality room. Staff in particular were friendly and professional as if they genuinely enjoyed their role. They came across like people who were treated correctly by management.
Negative: Absolutely nothing. The stay was without flaw.

Positive: Pontlands location is excellent, staff very competent and friendly, rooms very spacious. Restaurant - dinner was fabulous and cooked breakfast to order was good however continental breakfast selection was slightly limited. Overall a thoroughly enjoyable stay.
Negative: Limited drinks in the room, only english breakfast tea. No extras in bathroom eg. Shower cap, wash kit.
