Summary: Debris of trees in Backyard and the code didn't work was able to find a key to get in. Called property manager to let her know about the code issues was given another code didn't work. Used the key. Overall the house was very nice. Thanks

Summary: Such a great, easy to get to location: near the city limits and the main road - the perfect home base for a day on Millwood Lake. We were there for the “Great American Eclipse” and despite some clouds, the view and quiet neighborhood couldn’t have been better. The house is amazing and comfortable, and wow; so many conveniences and amenities included! Heavy rains ruined a fishing trip and if we came back to Ashdown, booking this property again would be high on my list.

Summary: The house is quiet and wonderful. The neighborhood is also quiet. It was a great stay while we were there. The rooms were a nice size and it had all of the comforts of home. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again in the future.
