Positive: Everything! A very comfortable upstairs flat with everything you could needed and more. Lovely host, clear instructions, quick to respond to queries. Location, to me, is perfect. Beautiful views from back of the flat. I was able to park opposite the flat or a few car spaces away, which was not a problem. About 10mins walk to nearby shops or 20mins walk/5mins drive to centre of town. Worth the walk to take in the town itself. Definitely recommend this flat and Galashiels, it's a beautiful town.

Negative: Absolutely nothing, it was one of the best flats I've stayed in.

Positive: Kelvin provided detailed information on how to access the property including photos. Complimentary tea, coffee, milk, orange juice and cereal were provided. The flat is also equiped with a number of gadgets for electronic entertainment. Galashiels is in an excellent location for accessing places in the Scottish Borders. It is also handy for travel to Edinburgh and excellent rail and bus routes are also available. The current last train from Edinburgh is at 23:44 which is excellent if attending a show or social event in the City.
