Positive: The host was very communicative and friendly. The facilities were brilliant, especially the welcome gifts and all the extras.

Negative: It was noisy outside, but that was what was expected and a small price to pay for being right in the middle of such a lovely location.

Positive: Everything! From the moment we arrived, it was clear this place was something special. The property was immaculate, beautifully decorated, spotless, and full of thoughtful touches. The bed were very comfortable and every room felt welcoming and well cared for. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the heart of Rochester. Parking was really nearby, the Wi-Fi was good, and every little detail had been thought through. The host is absolutely lovely, responsive, friendly, and made us feel instantly at home.
