Positive: I had an amazing two-night stay at Conrad Pune. As a solo traveler, I truly appreciated how warm, friendly, and supportive the entire staff was—they even kindly accommodated a late checkout, which made my trip so seamless. The rooms were remarkably clean, spacious, and equipped with great amenities. The breakfast buffet was another major highlight, featuring an incredible variety of options for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian preferences. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Pune!

Negative: Since this was my first time staying at a 5-star property, I used their WhatsApp concierge service to ask a few questions about the room. There were a couple of minor hiccups: the bathroom TV remotes didn't work, and the heavy sliding door between the bedroom and bathtub area was stiff and made a loud noise when closed. When a staff member came to assist, he laughed/grinned at my difficulty with the door and when clarifying that the remotes were for the bathroom TV. Regardless of the reason, it felt a bit dismissive rather than polite and professional. Aside from that small moment, the rest of my stay was comfortable, and I would still recommend the hotel.

Positive: We absolutely love this property. The cleanliness, upkeep, and overall look and feel of the place are truly amazing. The staff are extremely polite, courteous, and well-trained, which makes the stay even more pleasant.

Negative: We have stayed at this property a few times, and we have always chosen the Executive Lounge rooms because we absolutely love the view and the ambience of the lounge. This time, after a few hectic weeks, we were looking forward to taking a break and simply relaxing. When I specifically requested a room on the 13th floor through Booking.com, we were informed that the floor was under maintenance and that the Executive Lounge had been shifted to the ground floor. We completely understand that renovations and changes are sometimes necessary to improve the experience for guests. However, I would sincerely request that such information be highlighted at the time of booking, especially when it affects a facility that guests may specifically be choosing the property for. This would help avoid the disappointment of arriving and finding that our preferred way of relaxing is no longer available. While the alternate arrangements were made well, the lounge area on the ground floor was quite small compared to what we are used to, and it was also very warm. We had to request a couple of times before the air conditioning was turned on. Overall, we appreciate the arrangements made, but unfortunately, the experience did not give us the same comfort and ambience that we have enjoyed during our previous stays. A little more transparency at the time of booking would have helped us set the right expectations.
