Positive: The location was excellent for the plans we had for the weekend. Relatives that live in the area were able to visit and the ones from out of town had a place to stay.

Negative: Some of two of the bedrooms need new mattress. The mattress were horrible no support whatsoever had dips that were visible. We had to resort to sleeping on the small beds in the 5th bedroom. The shower doors were also unserviceable would not slide so had to struggle to get in and out. They should use shower curtains instead. So to avoid doors falling and breaking and hurting someone. Please, seriously check into this.

Summary: Had a great time with family we really liked the Roost. Will not stay again because of issues noted.

Positive: Big open space! Clean! Plenty bathrooms, climate controls in bedrooms, plenty seating!

Negative: WiFi was not enough, no way to close top windows from sun! Extension cord going to WiFi not labeled and looked like it did go to any important so it took a bit to figure out what happened to WiFi
