Summary: Absolutely amazing place to stay. Perfect for a weekend gateway! People are extremely nice. Facilities are pristine. Easily one of the best hotels in the world (coming from an avid traveler with very high standards!)

Summary: This is new and beautiful hotel that has many many wrinkles to iron out. Felt like they opened prematurely. Room was nice but the constant interruptions by staff in our room was annoying. It was constant. Flower guy, Turn down, refrigerator refill, housekeeping, maintenance etc… etc…. Great effort, bad result. The hot water in our bath tub didn’t work, our steamer don’t work, our iPad didn’t work, the single sink in the bathroom as terrible. We paid 2500 for 2 nights, had no hot water, no water pressure, couldn’t get a spa appointment and there was a huge glob of unidentifiable something in my coffee at breakfast. We were both trying to get ready for a dinner and neither one of us could because they put one small sink in an otherwise beautiful room. The hotel will do well because it’s new and beautiful but they have a ton of work left to do. Love the look and feel of the place but they need to stop ringing your doorbell every 5 mins. Get F and B corrected and make sure they’ve inspected everything in every room before putting people in them. Right now it gets 2 stars. If managed it will get to 5. People were so nice and well trained. The product hasn’t caught up.

Summary: The room was beautiful, the staff is excellent, the food was outstanding, and the entire experience was seamless. The property is perfectly placed on the water and walking distance from incredible shops, wonderful dining, and the beauty of the historic downtown Charleston. It is the only place I will stay on my visits to Charleston!

Summary: From the moment we arrived until the day we departed, we had the most exceptional service! Every need was met, every whim catered to, and extras we weren't expecting! It has been a very long time since I have had service like this! Especially loved how welcoming, accommodating, and loving the staff was with my daughter's Golden Retriever, Josie! I think she may have been pampered more than we were.

Summary: The overall stay was excellent. We are not from the USA and contacting our Concierge on a foreign number proved difficult and email l didn’t work either. We also noted that the glasses were not replenished in the morning and we had difficulty obtaining wine glasses to be delivered to our room, despite several requests. Eventually, 35 minutes later, the front desk showed initiative and delivered them herself! Other than these small matters, this is a superb hotel.
