Positive: The staff were helpful especially the night shift team.

Negative: The safe box was not working so I end up carrying my passport and cash money with me every time I went out and because their maintenance is not available and the hotel is fully booked so they can’t change the room. I asked for clothes steamer in the morning but nobody send it to my room so I end up looking and asking the housekeeper who was so helpful.

Summary: Definitely an experience that I don’t want to have it again

Negative: The bed were the most uncomfortable mattress I've ever slept on. They're so hard and have a zip running around it. Would have also liked more than one pillow plus the pillow was lumpy but thin ay the same time... The hotel was shabby and needed some love put back into what would have once been great facilities

Positive: Clean close to were we needed to be Staff were welcoming and polite Room was clean shower was hot Went down the the pool that was good the water was cold but once you was in changing rooms were extremely clean, You need a padlock for the locker we just put our stuff on the side of the pool We didn’t eat in the restaurant and did regret it

Negative: Car park is small we was lucky to get a space, I wouldn’t have known were to go if we didn’t, £20 for 24/7 is ok it’s ran by a different company so the following day we did take at the train station for London just incase Not enough tea/coffe for a couple in the morning Could of done with more towels in the bathroom and spare pillows in the wardrobes to have to option
