Negative: Only thing I noticed was that bathroom baseboards really needed wiping down. Bedspreads didn’t appear to have been laundered. Pillows were bad.

Negative: Only issue, which was minor, was the sheets for the queen in the master were tight. It probably was due to the deep mattress.
