Summary: Our room was clean and tidy. The AC worked wonderfully! The kids loved the pool and how close the beach was. We had a great time and hopefully we will make it back there next summer.

Summary: This property provided everything we need to have an enjoyable stay. Units were clean however in MY opinion I would have like it to smell a little cleaner or fresher. I would select this hotel for our next visit to The beach

Summary: Oh my goodness—my children and I had such a wonderful stay! We were only able to stay for one night, but it was absolutely worth it. The room was beautiful and immaculate, and the view was truly out of this world. The staff was courteous, welcoming, and extremely helpful throughout our stay. Everything exceeded our expectations. 10 out of 10—I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely make it my go-to place whenever we return to Myrtle Beach!

Summary: The Oceanview room we had was a joke for viewing the ocean. The room had a bad odor that would come and go. The smell of Pot coming thru somehow was (no doors were open) an unwelcome surprise.

Summary: Great view. Clean unit. Hit or miss service. Terrible water pressure. Old and somewhat unclean pools. A lot of unruly, unsupervised children. Posters for rules that went unenforced. At check-in staff didn’t inform of any discounts. Elevator floors wet from pool use. Unfriendly restaurant staff when asking for the optional room service. Clean towels daily and garbage cleaned daily. This is a hotel mostly for families. Would have been a more enjoyable experience if the pools were maintained better. Beach access was close.

Summary: As a frequent hotel user, I took a lot of peoples opinion and decided to book with Avista. Upon arriving, the parking garage did not fit our suburban very well and on our last day staying, we found out that we could get a permit to park in the designated spot for oversized vehicles, the staff was reluctant to give us a permit due to an altercation between other hotel guests. Speaking for the inside of the hotel was sub par. The sheets on the bed were very stiff and itchy. The elevators were sketchy and one was even stuck with people in it. The walls were all scratched up and there was an old rusty fan blowing in the corner of the elevator room. Not very classy or desirable. The hallways of our floor smelled very strongly of marijuana. It was distasteful and For a “resort” the best part of it were the outdoor pool. Which should be all the other amenities that were offered. The whole “resort” if you want to call it that, needs upgrading. On another note our sliding glass door was stuck and it was very hard to open and shut. We will Not recommend this “resort” to anyone and I will by far refer to it as a hotel, not a resort.

Summary: Overall, our stay was decent parking in the parking garage is a huge pain and our TV in our living room had a mind of its own. The indoor pools have some kind of white deposits along the outer edges, that are kind of gross. I’ll be picking another resort if vacationing in North Myrtle Beach.
