Summary: I would have rated this much higher but somehow there was a mixup when booking and we were charged for two children (we don’t even have two children) They were made aware of this at check in and check out. Neither the property nor the booking service made any effort to correct this issue or even apologized. Won’t be using either again.

Summary: Clean. Affordable price. Convenient restaurant on 1st floor. Lazzy river was nice. Fun pool functions or occasional DJ. No adult sized pool (only 3 feet deep or so). Nice view/access to the beach. Family friendly.

Summary: Overall, we had a great time there. Having the washer and dryer in the unit was great! Having daily garbage pick up and clean towel was helpful. Our only complain was the noise from the disco music on the pool deck. It was so loud that I couldn’t even read in the room. Not relaxing at all. We were also in the north tower and missed all the sunrises. We will try to go back in winter when there is not so much going on outside. And we will book in the south tower.

Summary: We spent 7 nights at the resort and upon arrival we were greeted by Frank. He unloaded our luggage, took it to our room and put everything into the rooms where they belonged. The rest of the week went along in the same direction. The amenities were great and we even got text messages about what activities were happening. Everyone was happy and very helpful. We can’t wait to return!!

Summary: The parking is horrible. The parking structure is way to small including the parking spaces. Cement columns in every other parking spot made it difficult to park. Lady at the front desk with glasses and brown hair in a ponytail was exceptionally rude to us and others. Lacked empathy for any inconveniences due to the resort. Short blonde hair lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Oceanfront room has a gorgeous view. It would be a good idea to spray down the pool deck everyday or every other day due to the amount of sand that gets carried in. It was very convenient that you could order some menu food from the bar and it gets delivered.
