Summary: Unit was very clean, beautifully furnished, comfortable with wonderful views. Very friendly and helpful staff. The on-site restaurant, indoor and outdoor pools and lazy rivers were a big hit with the grandkids.

Summary: We stayed in December, which was cold, so we pretty much did everything inside. The hotel itself was decent for a few nights, and that's about it. An odd layout in the living area led me to think it wasn't fully thought through in planning & left us climbing over each other at least twice a day. The bed we slept in however, was strangely comfortable. The restaurant was good. The parking was in a garage across a busy highway & not safe to walk with excitable children. The pool area smelled funky & it wasn't warm. We thought maybe we'd contract something shady but fortunately, we didn't. Would we stay again, you ask? Chances are, no.

Summary: Everyone from the front desk, pool bar, engineering/repairs to the cleaning staff were so wonderful and accommodating. We would have had a smooth stay but for a couple of hiccups/issues with one of the bathrooms and the dishwasher. However, once the showerhead/leak issue was communicated to the hotel, it was promptly resolved to our satisfaction. Bottom line is: they are very customer focused! We loved it there and will definitely be back!

Summary: we had a great end balcony view however, we were excited to have a jacuzzi tub. The tub would not fill up the morning we were leaving when we wanted to use it. The stopped was not working. It was too late to say something as we were leaving in about 2 hours. Such a shame but it was a cute little unit for 2 -4 people to enjoy.
