Positive: Patrick was a total gent, The house is warm, welcoming, beautiful modern interior with absolutely everything we could have needed or wanted. Patrick goes over and above to make you feel at home and ensure you have everything you need for perfect break in the beautiful south East. The drive up to the house is on a small country lane which is cute and the moment you pull in to the more than ample parking on the grounds of this beautiful bungalow, all you can hear is birds and the breeze Lovely outdoor space that is just as lovely and well kept as the inside. Patrick was very accommodating with our late booking and departure, advising us local spots and places to visit. The fantastic thing was the not only is it a tranquil and comfortable place. Its just 15mins drive from Kilmore Quay and the standards that Patrick offers far outweighs that of other locations in Kilmore. A great trip, great host, great home and definitely will return in the future and advise others to do so too ☺️

Positive: The owner is super warm-hearted, he drove us to the queue the other morning, and is willing to offer the drive to local restaurants nearby, the garden is amazing, it looks like some place a fairy will stay in the dawn.

Positive: The house has been built to a high standard and the location is stunning. Patrick welcomed us on arrival and showed us around his beautiful property. We brought our Border collie with us and were all made to feel very welcome. There was even cereals, toast, butter, jam and tea & coffee making facilities for our morning start. A huge comfortable bed and a great night's sleep.
