Positive: I love the welcome and professionalism of making sure I knew where everything was and how it worked. I even got some treats. The evening they came to light a lovely fire. Everything was very clean and it was a real lovely quite area.

Positive: Very clean and Patrick was so lovely. He had the fire lighting in sitting room as we arrived on a cold wet evening. He even offered us a lift 5 mins down road as it was too late to get a taxi and we were going to meet friends so we really appreciated that! We will definitely stay here again. Beautiful property. Spotless and lovely patio area out back to have breakfast on a sunny day!

Positive: Spotlessly clean, use of kitchen and outside picnic tables. Perfect room temperature. Comfortable king size bed, plenty of hot water. Modern recently built so everything is as new. Host made us feel very welcome and was on hand for any queries. Great atmosphere in the house. We travelled her by motorcycle and I was unconcerned for its security at this location
