IMPORTANT NOTES 1. Heating and Electricity:
This is an extra charge which is mostly payable to the Property Manager/Owner. In some cases, energy is charged at a fixed daily rate or a rate per unit on the units consumed or you are required to top up a Pre-Paid Meter while in others, energy charges are included in the rate you have paid. We advise you to check with the local Owner/ Property Manager before arrival how this is calculated or before making the booking.
2. Security Deposit:
A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid before check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival by cash. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property.

Summary: Idyllic atmosphere surrounded by a farm with a sea view Great location for getting into Kilmore town, down to the sea or exploring around Wexford county Friendly and helpful host Very welcoming arrival (scones and jam) Great patio to sit in the sun It wasn't clear what type of toiletries were and were not included (only bars of soap)

Summary: Beautiful location a bit out of the way but central to all that you may want to see. All amenities provided and quiet and peaceful. Awesome hosts safe and pet friendly. Nothing was in need of improvement

Summary: Very clean and warm cottage, very well equipped, good WiFi. Few miles from Kilmore Quay very relaxing too, facing a field with horses: great place to stay with a toddler! Philomena was a very nice host, leaving scones, butter, jam and milk as a welcome pack. We really enjoyed our stay there and warmly recommend it !
