Positive: Thoughtful presentation of the property both practical and good looking. Having bedroom, bathroom and kitchen all on ground floor was good for me with variable walking ability. My powerchair was stored in a small garage at the property. Very convenient for minster concert visit.

Negative: I needed to bring in a small step from our van to use to climb into bed - might be a good idea to have one available at the property for others with short legs!

Negative: Nothing.. it was perfect. However, It probably my own preference, I didn’t like the room fragrance.

Positive: We were attending the Gateway to Southwell Folk Festival, this house was ideally placed in the town, 5 miles from the venue. The bed was super-comfortable, the kitchen superbly equipped.

Negative: The stairway to the living room was twisty and narrow, making it difficult to carry stuff upstairs, especially cups of coffee.

Summary: Absolutely brilliant stay made all the better by the comfort and location of the place.
