Positive: The perfect base for a group of us looking for somewhere to sleep whilst at an event in Kelham Hall. It was spotless, comfortable and a home from home with a well stocked kitchen 4 good sized bedrooms. The EV point was perfect for our Electric friend and the driveway fitted 3 cars which accommodated our group well

Negative: That we were out and about enough that we didn’t spend more time there!

Positive: Location was great, in a quiet residential area and about 10 minutes walk from the centre of town. We came here to tour the area on a cycling trip and there were some excellent, mostly flat, routes nearby. The house was very well presented, 3 storeys, with four double/twin rooms and two bathrooms, a nice kitche/diner, comfy lounge (wiht 3 x sofas & a Smart TV) and a small garden with decking and outdoor furniture. The Garage was ideal for bike storage and we just about squeezed four cars onto the drive!

Negative: DVD player didn't work properly but we found another way to watch what we wanted; wifi signal strength was weak/intermittent on the upper floors
