Negative: Our room was comfortable and had its own little patio garden which was was a nice outdoor space but it did seem in need of a little care and attention. It didn't affect our stay. Parking is limited.

Negative: Small dark room , dust on all surfaces window blinds were thick in dust ,no where practical to apply makeup has mirror too high when sat at desk and lighting poor ,no space for luggage.
