Positive: Location : Right next to the main Bazar Staff: Exceptional , especially Sardar Ali Room Service : Second Cup, so options and prices were good

Negative: Booking.com shows generalised Room names, which cause massive issues because Cloud Xpress has different type of rooms so massive confusion Hot Water: Not consistent Heating : Based on alternative power generator so not consistent Power Backup : No consistent. Stairs : No family friendly , very tedious and unsafe with people with children

Summary: Good Budget option, but with visible compromises

Positive: Nice stay at Cloud Nathia Gali. Room was comfortable, bathroom clean, location close to main bazar, staff also very cooperative as they allowed me 2 hours late check out without extra charges. There is Second Cup coffee shop on ground floor where you check in. Breakfast is also served there. Would definitely consider staying there again

Negative: Only improvement I would suggest was breakfast timing was 9 - 11 AM which for an early riser was an issue.
