Positive: Beautiful hotel, the room, food and staff were excellent. The location of the hotel was ideal for a walking in the town and Tetbury was an ideal base for exploring the surrounding areas.

Positive: The staff were absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond. One gentleman helped me get my luggage up the stairs and in the morning one of the men helped wash down the car after it was messed on by birds overnight. The whole experience felt very luxe.

Negative: There was nothing not to like about the property. It was outstanding in every way.

Positive: Had a lovely stay at the close very quiet room at the back as requested. Food was lovely we ate there two nights. Staff were excellent.lovely to relax in the bar area for a drink.

Negative: Car park is a bit small but not really an issue...
