Summary: The actual building and pool area is amazing. The pool is new and the nicest I’ve ever been in. The staff is always cleaning. The issue is with the unit and the property manager Stacey. Initially we were assigned a unit that was not cleaned. Then we were given another unit. I Never met her. Wouldn’t speak with me on the phone. One of the bedrooms had no AC the entire week. She was aware of the situation and a maintamce person came to unsuccessfully fix it. Curtain rods broken. Broken soap dispensers. When we asked for toilet paper and supplies never came so we purchased our own. When we asked for a partial refund for the broken AC she responded to my messages through Expedia. She took days to respond to Expedia directly only to tell them no refund will be issued. Terrible host in every aspect.

Summary: The Cliff is beautiful and our stay was very pleasant. Staff was extremely friendly. Neighborhood was very safe. The only issue we had was on our last night with one of the bedroom air conditioning units, but it is an island and things happen. I would recommend staying as the views, property, and staff are very welcoming.

Summary: Wonderful apartment with all the space you could ever need. Beautiful surroundings and very attentive staff. Good location especially If you rent a car to get you the few miles to Maho village or indeed anywhere on the island. Only drawback were catching a few cockroaches.

Summary: The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The view is out of his world. The condo was clean and updated. I enjoyed my time at the Cliff.
