Our beautiful penthouse apartment is ready to please you. You'll love the floor-to-ceiling windows looking out with an ocean view. Large and uncluttered floor plan with plenty of room for six guests to spread out and unwind after a day of sunning, shopping or swimming. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms. A full kitchen with modern appliances for your cooking creations. You'll find shows to watch on the satellite cable tv, card games, patio chairs and tables, and plenty of beach toys for your use.
Mullet Beach is arguably one of the best beaches on the island. Soft, white sandy beaches; warm Caribbean ocean waters, pristine coral reefs with plenty of wildlife... You'll find several beach restaurants with excellent beach fare and cold drinks. Bring your own beach chairs or rent chairs and umbrellas on the beach. Mullet Beach is about five minutes walking distance from your condo.
Maho Beach is five minutes away by car. One of the most photographed beaches in the world, you've probably seen photos of the planes landing just a few feet above the heads of beachgoers.
Your condo is located on the Dutch side of Sint Maarten, but the French border of St. Martin is less than a mile away. There are no customs or border checkpoints - just drive across the white stripe on the road and you're in France! You'll find French cuisine, European beaches, and beautiful Atlantic Ocean beaches on the French side of the island.
Listen to the Caribbean wildlife from your patio deck. Watch the many iguanas basking in the warm sunshine by the pools. You may even meet our neighborhood cat "MJ". (Cats own humans, humans don't own cats!)
Watch the amazing blue ocean waters, and enjoy the views of the cruise ships, the yachts, and the party boats as they cruise just a few hundred feet off the shores of the secluded beach. Most days, you'll be able to see Saba and St. Kitts & Nevis islands about 50 miles away.
From your condo, you can walk to several low-key relaxing restaurants in Jordan Village. It's a medical school university village, so you'll be mingling with lots of med students studying at the deli over a cup of coffee, chatting at the pizza shop with friends, or grabbing a quick burrito before heading back to the dorms to cram for exams. In the Jordan Village area, you'll also find a couple of markets with all of the fixings for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as a variety of beverages.
Your condo is supplied with fine linens, towels, and supplies. You'll find beach towels ready for your use, along with snorkel gear, floaties, beach chairs, and coolers.
Access to your condo via elevators from the free parking garage opening just feet away from your front door. Access is via smart locks and very easy to use. No worries about lost keys or forgotten lockbox codes. The parking garage, elevators, and condo are all wheelchair accessible. Unfortunately, the pools are not wheelchair accessible.

Summary: We absolutely loved the condo and the location! Condo was super clean and very spacious. The staircase to the private beach was amazing. You could easily walk to alot of places! The host responded very quickly to any concerns and even extended our checkout till noon since we didn't have to be at the airport until 1. I can't wait to go back and stay there again with a group of people.

Summary: Condo was large and excellent. Property well landscaped and beautiful. Both pools were great and the semi-private beach was super. Also the view over the ocean was spectacular. Would certainly go there again.

Summary: This condo was everything we hoped for, maybe a little too big just for the 2 of us(easily could accommodate up to 6 people) we still enjoyed the spaciousness of it with high ceilings and open floor plan. It was equipped with everything you could possibly need… if it wasn’t there, you don’t need it. This is not our first visit to St.Maarten and this complex is in the best location close to everything ( great beaches , restaurants, nightlife). The icing on the cake of this location is the private Cupecoy beach! We had a wonderful vacation, Scott and Kimala were great hosts, easy to communicate with and responding to all our needs. We will be back:)

Summary: This property was wonderfully appointed and had everything a renter would need. The hosts were cordial, responsive and helpful. Considering it was our first stay at this property we were pleasantly surprised with how well the grounds were kept, the level of security, available parking and the nice pools. We've been coming to SXM for nearly 40 years and were highly impressed with what we experienced. Highly recommended.

Summary: I cannot say enough great things about the owners!!! We were fortunate to have them on the island at the time of our stay. They are lovely people, we didn’t have a lot of questions, but they were always available to help. With hurricane Tammy coming through, they made sure everything was secure and we were safe. The unit is well maintained with beautiful furnishings and very clean. The people at the resort are very welcoming. Highly recommend❤️

Summary: The property was more than what we expected. There was a lot of uncertainty because there was no review of the property. The owner was responsive, the property was clean and had the amenities, accessories that we needed to make our stay fun and comfortable. There was access to 2 pools (not regularly cleaned though) and access to a private beach which had awesome views. It also felt secure because it was gated. It was in a location close to the airport, restaurants and the casino. The only downside, which probably is an island thing, was the low water pressure that we experienced one day. The property had several gallons of water in the closet which we used during that morning when the water pressure was very weak. It was overall a very pleasant stay at a place where my husband and I met before marrying. It felt like home and I would return to this property if I get to visit St Maarten again. Absolute pleasure dealing with the owner.
