Positive: Location was execellent room was good size.

Negative: Maybe each ground floor room for pets could have separate fence and own gates to avoid other dogs crossing paths etc. Also noise from other rooms when they're using shower etc is very loud.

Negative: Unfortunately they charged us for our 15 year old son’s breakfast….as he ordered an adult waffles apparently. We booked 2 rooms between 3 of us so thought this was a bit unfair. I think they need to upgrade their tap and bathroom fittings to improve the feel overall.
