Positive: Very clean,comfortable beds. Good location.

Negative: Advertised incorrectly. Its advertised as an apartment when in fact it is a house. In the description it states the whole unit is located on the ground floor. The bathroom and toilet is on the ground floor. The beds are upstairs. I knew this before I booked as I used to live on this street many years ago. My sister is disabled and we knew she would have to sleep on the sofa. Fine for us but not for anyone who dosent have this information. This may be a fault on behalf of booking.com. I have let the landlord know. Bathroom door needs fixing unable to unlock from inside. Luckily there were others about. However the house itself is tastefully decorated very clean. The beds are very comfortale. Shops close by. Easy access to driving around northumberland coast and countryside.

Positive: Excellent!! Very clean and comfortable and near the town centre. I've stayed here many times when visiting family in the area. It has been refurbished recently to a very high standard. Can't fault it. Would highly recommend.
