Positive: I love the historical element. It was super close to St Mary’s hospital. I had a medical surgery, and having this location was super convenient for us. Breakfast was super nice,

Positive: The breakfast was good, the beds were comfortable, and the staff was kind. Our first room didn’t have hot water, but they changed it right away. I had also forgotten my wallet in the room, and the cleaning lady handed it to the reception, who promptly returned it to me.

Negative: Since we didn’t specifically request it, the room was not cleaned and the towels were not replaced.
