Summary: Room basically clean, big towel was NOT clean!! No evening meal facility, breakfast not included in booking cost, even thoughtwo of our party seemed to have paid for it at the booking stage. Staff in morning very adamant that it was NOT included, no real customer service support. If you want a basic bed and breakfast stop, then other than a dirty towel and a wad of dirty waste blue roll from room servicing left in the toilet/shower room, it was passable. For a business traveller, it is not a venue I could ever recommend. For a mid week booking (obviously business travellers) give this one a wide berth.

Summary: The room itself was great, with adequate parking. The problem with the room, as is the case for most budget hotels in the UK is that there was no AC, and in the hottest day of the year, even with the fan, the room didn’t drop below 36 degrees - all night.

Summary: The room was the scandi room, which was styled really nice however, the window wouldn't close fully, and there wasn't any shampoo or body wash, just hand soap.

Summary: Yes, the bathroom was not clean (hair behind the door). The noise was quite loud from the traffic outside. I also requested breakfast, but when I came to the cafe, nobody was there. I had to then leave because I was late.
