Positive: The hotel was beautiful, the decoration, the ambiance, they did a great job with te ex candy factory, it looks great, rooms very comfortable and the bathroom also, the location overlooking the river and the boardwalk

Negative: the room was a bit chilly, but the staff brought a heater immediately, so it was perfect

Positive: Beautiful property overlooking g the river. Rooms and beds are very pretty and comfortable

Negative: The staff at the front desk were not very friendly, and we had poor service at the bar as well. The person at the desk never looked up from her computer when I was there, and never smiled. My room was not ready when I arrived at 3:05.

Summary: Was somewhat disappointed this time around.not a cheap nights stay for that money staffshould be friendly and helpful

Positive: Cute rooms, it's an interesting building with lots of history. Chocolates were amazing.

Negative: Check-in was slow as she told us about the history of the building. Parking is not great. The bathroom was awesome, and the beds were comfy but not convinced it's worth the price.

Negative: too noisy in the reception area and too small. i’m not use to the setup should be more aware or conscious about the guest checking in make sure your guests feels welcome and make feel really welcomed and not so rushed
